Management Guide Layer
We produce best quality Ecofeed layer feeds for all the 3 phases of pullet development from day old to laying period. Our layer feeds are specially formulated and its balanced nutritional value promotes a normal gradual growth from day 1 to laying pullets.
The pullet growth And egg production is not limited to type only but good health , favorable temperature , fresh clean drinking water, good ventilation, bedding management ,maintaining the required stocking density and following the proper vaccination program also contribute to the net result.
Layer Chick Mash
This excellent quality feed has been specially formulated for layer chicks from day old to 8 weeks.
Follow the recommendation on brooding to achieve best results.
Each bird must feed approximately 2kg for this period.
Layers Growers Mash
Growers mash diet ensures optimum growth of pullets from week 9 – week 17 and each pullet consumes approximately 5kg on ad libitum basis.
Having a combination of proper poultry house, good management and proper vaccination program, this feed produces very health pullets on point of lay week 17 organs and reproductive system
At week 17 the pullet must weigh an average of 1,5kg
Layer Pellets Mash 16%CP
Our High quality layer feed for laying ensures the best egg production and can be fed to pullet on point 12 of lay from week 18 onwards. Feed approximately 100g of pellets or 125 of mash per bird per day.
It also allows continuous development of internal organs up to week 30 which by then the egg production will have increased to highest peak above 93%. Always provide clean water to laying birds all the times.
Laying birds must be housed in a room temperature ranging from 20- 28 degrees so as to avoid the effects o heat stress . Laying hens must be de wormed after every 4 months and vaccination program must be followed.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Ensure at least 10cm depth of fresh dry litter / bedding is required for a complete batch cycle. Ensure feed and fresh drinking water is always available to birds at all times. Allow at least 5- 10 cm feeding space per bird. Allow at least 2cm drinking space. Clean drinkers and feeders at least twice a day.
